CPSC Seeks Comments on the Commission’s Agenda and Priorities for FY 2021 and 2022

On March 5, 2020 the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission published a notice announcing a public hearing and requesting comments on the Commission’s regulatory agenda and priorities for fiscal years 2021 and 2022. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the public hearing was postponed; however CPSC is extending the comment period for written comments. Comments are now due by May 1, 2020.
