Janet Fogerty

Janet Fogarty is a banking and finance executive with a prominent career in commercial and residential mortgage lending and providing working capital solutions to small businesses and individuals. Her professional experience spans senior-level roles in credit and lending at Morgan Stanley, Citibank, J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and Rocket Mortgage. Janet’s experience helping small businesses navigate their financial growth while incurring restrictive regulations makes her well-positioned to advocate for small business.

For the past decade, Janet has been a Judge and Mentor for MassChallenge, the largest global accelerator for start-up businesses and entrepreneurs, has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Massachusetts Growth Capital Corp., which provides financing to small businesses, and is a commissioner on her city’s Housing Authority.

In addition, Ms. Fogarty is also serving a second elected term as the RNC National Committeewoman representing Massachusetts. On the RNC, Janet is also an elected member of the Executive Committee, helping shape Party policy and strategy, representing the Northeast, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. She is also a four-term elected MA GOP State Committee member and is a media spokesperson for the Trump Administration’s policies and agenda.

Ms. Fogarty is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and journalism. She has also studied abroad at the London School of Economics, Oxford University, and Moscow State University. Janet is a recipient of the USC Whitney Alumni Award for outstanding alumni service.
