Advocacy Comments on OIRA’s Implementation of EO 14094, Modernizing Regulatory Review

On April 6, 2023, President Joe Biden signed Executive Order (EO) 14094 entitled, “Modernizing Regulatory Review.” Advocacy seeks to ensure that the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs remains aware of the impacts of regulations on small businesses as it implements the requirements of EO 14094.
