Geoffrey Grove

Geoff Grove is a management professional and former business owner. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Clarkson University. He spent his career in small business and manufacturing. His expertise involves: metals; fastener manufacturing; aerospace and defense specifications; health insurance; Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP); Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC); ISO and AS certification; government contracting; international sales; and all aspects of small business management – payroll, benefits, accounting, insurance, legal compliance, government compliance, employment issues, and exit strategy.

Geoff is passionate about helping small businesses succeed. His mission is to aid businesses by alleviating unnecessary burdens placed on businesses by overzealous regulators. His scope is national, so he is looking to help any business in the United States, but especially small manufacturers, and those manufacturers in the energy and technology industries.
