Advocacy Comments on Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability; Accessibility of Web Information and Services of State and Local Government Entities

On August 4, 2023, the United States Department of Justice Civil Rights Division (DOJ) published a proposed rule that would require state and local government entities make their websites and mobile devices accessible under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).[1]
