BLM to Host Forum on Implementation of Oil and Gas Leasing Provisions in the Inflation Reduction Act

On December 9, 2022, the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announced that it would hold an informational forum to discuss its policy guidance on the implementation of oil and gas provisions in the Inflation Reduction Act. The virtual forum will take place on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 2 p.m. (ET). Interested parties will hear from BLM staff who will allow for a brief question and answer period following the presentation.
