On August 3, 2022, the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) issued a request for information to solicit feedback as it develops the vision, framework, and outcomes of its Environmental Justice Scorecard (EJ Scorecard). Specifically, CEQ is requesting feedback on what processes and markers should be used to score federal agencies’ progress on achieving environmental justice. CEQ is also requesting feedback on how to improve engagement with, and around, the EJ Scorecard.
Comments are due by October 3, 2022.
