On April 14, 2022, the Office of Advocacy (Advocacy) submitted comments to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ (Corps) regarding the status of the Navigable Waters Protection Rule and Approved Jurisdictional Determinations. Advocacy shared its concerns about the effects on small businesses and other small entities resulting from the Corps’ announcement and recommended modifications.
