On March 3, 2022, the Office of Advocacy of the U.S. Small Business Administration submitted comments to the U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Marine Fisheries Service regarding the final rule implementing the Atlantic Large Whale take reduction plan. Advocacy asked the agency to delay implementation of the final rule by 60 days to allow small businesses time to comply.
