The SBA Office of Advocacy has scheduled a Small Business Labor Safety Roundtable for this Friday, August 11, 2023, from 10 AM until 11:30 AM ET to discuss the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) upcoming Small Business Advocacy Review (SBAR) panel (also known as a “SBREFA” panel) on a possible Heat Injury and Illness Prevention in Outdoor and Indoor Work Settings rule.
