EPA Solicits Feedback on Addressing Environmental Justice Through the Justice40 Initiative

On June 2, 2022, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) provided notice that the National Environmental Justice Advisory Council (NEJAC) will host a virtual meeting to finalize advice and recommendations on EPA’s investments to address environmental justice through the Justice40 Initiative, including investments through grants. The virtual meeting will occur on June 22, 2022 and June 23, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Eastern Time). The public may provide oral comments during the virtual meeting but must register to provide oral comments by June 15, 2022. The public may also provide written comments. Written comments are due by July 6, 2022.
