DOE Seeks Comments and Information on How to Prioritize and Sequence Rulemaking Activities

On February 19, 2021, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) published a request for information and comments on how it should prioritize rulemaking activities concerning its appliance standards program. DOE requests comments on the current timetable for active and long-term appliance rules and any other rulemakings the agency should consider in its spring regulatory agenda. Comments are due by March 11, 2021.
