DOI Seeks Comments on a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Construction and Operations Plan for Vineyard Wind

On December 7, 2018, the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) issued a notice of availability for a draft environmental impact statement for the construction and operations plan submitted by Vineyard Wind. BOEM was scheduled to hold public hearings in January 2019 on the draft statement, however those hearings are now being held in February 2019. Parties interested in commenting on the statement may attend the public hearings as well as file their written comments with the agency. Comments are due by February 22, 2019.
