Advocacy Submits Comment Letter to OIRA on System for Award Management (SAM) Exemption for Small Entities

On December 21, 2020, the U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Advocacy (Advocacy) submitted a comment letter in response to a Guidance for Grants and Agreements published in the Federal Register by the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) in the Office of Management and Budget. Advocacy encourages OIRA to exempt small entities from a requirement to obtain a number on the System for Award Management to apply for a loan.
