Past Event Announcement: Advocacy Brings Small Business Roundtables to Ohio, Kentucky

The Office of Advocacy hosts another round of Regional Regulatory Reform Roundtables in Kentucky and Ohio July 31-Aug. 3. The purpose of these roundtables is to help us identify specific regulatory barriers to small business growth through first-hand testimony and thereby assist federal agencies in complying with the President’s directive to eliminate burdensome regulations.

Advocacy needs Kentucky and Ohio small business input that can be used to pursue regulatory reforms that will benefit their businesses. We also expect representatives of federal agencies and congressional offices to attend the roundtables.

The events are free to the public, but we ask that you register so that we can ensure an Advocacy representative will be able to address your industry. You can register to join our discussions in the following three cities:

Lexington, Kentucky, Monday, July 31.

Cincinnati, Ohio, Tuesday, Aug. 1.

Cleveland, Ohio, Thursday, Aug. 3.

We also have established an online form for small businesses that may not be able to attend the roundtables, but have regulatory issues they’d like to tell us about.
