On June 22, 2023, Deputy Chief Counsel Major Clark testified before the House Small Business Committee in a hearing titled, “Reviewing the SBA’s Office of Advocacy Report on the Regulatory Flexibility Act.” Members examined Advocacy’s work with the Regulatory Flexibility Act and oversight of federal rulemaking, as well as discussed challenges that Advocacy faces advocating for small businesses.”
