Advocacy RFA Experts Speak at Annual ABA Administrative Law Conference
On November 17 and 18, Advocacy regulatory attorneys participated in the American Bar Association’s Administrative Law Conference held at Georgetown University. Advocacy’s Assistant Chief Counsel Jennifer Smith moderated a panel discussion on the various regulatory reform legislative initiatives pending before Congress. Advocacy’s Assistant Chief Counsel David Rostker served as moderator on a panel regarding the Paperwork Reduction Act. Other panels included retrospective reviews of rules and recent developments on immigration and the healthcare act. More than 600 attorneys, including federal and state agency lawyers, judges, practitioners, and academics met to discuss recent developments in regulatory law.
