On July 18, 2024, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that the National Environmental Justice Advisory Council (NEJAC) will meet virtually on August 8, 2024, from 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM ET.
The meeting discussions will focus on several topics including, but not limited to, NEJAC recommendations for cumulative impacts as well as presentations from EPA programs. The meeting will also include a public comment period from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM ET.
Members of the public may register to attend the meeting through Augst 8, 2024. However, those wishing to speak during the public comment period must register by August 1, 2024.
