CPSC Announces Public Hearing and Request for Comments on Commission’s Agenda and Priorities for FY 2022

On February 25, 2021, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) published a notice of public hearing and request for comments on the Commission’s regulatory agenda and priorities for fiscal year 2022. The agency will convene a virtual public meeting on April 7, 2021 to hear from interested parties about potential agency actions and priorities. Attendees are encouraged to pre-register for the hearing, and those wishing to make oral presentations must make a request to do so by March 17, 2021.

Written comments are also due by March 17, 2021.
