The Office of Advocacy has scheduled the next Small Business Labor Safety (OSHA/MSHA) Roundtable for Friday, March 22, 2024, from 10:00 AM – 12 PM ET to discuss OSHA’s proposed Emergency Response Standard as well as our annual recap of the ABA Labor and OSHA Law Conference. The meeting will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform.
