SBA Advocacy Business Forum on “Waters of the United States” Proposed Rule, Feb 27, 2019

The purpose of the business forum is to hear directly from local small businesses and organizations in various industries about how federal regulations impact the success of small businesses. There will be a strong emphasis on the Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) proposed agency rulemaking. Staff from the Office of Advocacy will be in attendance for the EPA and Army Corps of Engineers Public Hearing being held later in the afternoon on February 27 and February 28, 2019.
