Advocacy Submits Comments on the CFPB’s Request for Information Regarding the Small Business Lending Market

The Office of Advocacy of the U.S. Small Business Administration (Advocacy) submits these comments on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB or the Bureau) Request for Information (RFI) Regarding the Small Business Lending Market.[1] Advocacy encourages the CFPB to develop a workable size standard, conduct additional small entity outreach and publish an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) prior to going forward with a Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act panel.
