Small Business Input Needed To Help Determine Department Of Homeland Security’s Priorities

The Department of Homeland Security needs small business leaders to help determine priorities for the next four years.  DHS is conducting a series of web-based, interactive dialogues around the following focus areas:

  • Smart and Tough Enforcement of Immigration Laws
  • Securing Our Borders
  • Preparing for, Responding to, and Recovering from Disasters
  • Counterterrorism and Domestic Security Management
  • Homeland Security National Risk Assessment
  • Homeland Security Planning and Capabilities

    That is great. I hope that the input will be used. I am in AZ where the current homeland security cheif is from and I was not impressed with her efforts here to secure our border to Mexico. Hopefully she’s changed and this is a REAL step forward.
