DOI Seeks Comments on its 2020-2021 Proposed Framework for Migratory Bird Hunting Regulations

On March 19, 2020, the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Fish and Wildlife Service issued a proposed rule to establish the 2020-2021 hunting regulations for migratory game birds. This annual framework prescribes dates and times when hunting may occur and the number of birds that may be taken. The agency is seeking public comments on its proposed framework. Comments are due by April 20, 2020.
