CPSC Seeks Small Business Input on RFA Review of Safety Standards for Baby Cribs

On Jan. 31, 2020, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission published a request for comments on a regulatory flexibility act review of the safety standards for full-size baby cribs and non-full-size baby cribs. The Commission is seeking comments specifically from small businesses and has listed several questions for consideration and comment, including questions regarding safety and effectiveness of the standards, costs and impacts, record keeping and third party testing implications, clarity and duplication, and outreach and advocacy. These questions and any responses may help inform the Commission in reviewing its current regulations for full and non-full-size baby cribs.  Comments are due by Mar. 31, 2020.
